Project 1: Precedent Studies
This project, which has a connection with Architecture Studio 2-Project 1, also gives students a specific architect and students are to choose one of his works to analyse on. Our group chose Walter Gropius and we decided to do an analysis on Walter Gropius's Master's House. My task was to analyse the Master's House's building materials. Project 2: Web Book
Students are required to conduct research on a selected building in groups of 5. Each group member is required to conduct analysis on a certain given topic and the topics are then compiled into a web book, which is the group component. The building that we selected was Telekom Museum. I was given the topic on buidling materials. We went to the museum several times to collect sufficient information to complete this project.
